just5 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using just5 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

just5 is a devotion app that provides daily Bible-based reading, guided prayer, reminders, and related features. The App is offline-first: all content reads instantly with no connection. Optional premium narration may, when you enable it, download a short voice clip for the day's devotion from just5app.com; clips are cached on your device.

The Scripture text and written content in the App are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. No Account Required

You do not need an account to use just5. We do not collect or store your personal data. Your settings, journal, and progress live only on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscription terms: just5 Premium is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the App. Payment is processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, subject to their terms.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time in your store account settings.
• Restore: Unlock content on a new device via "Restore Purchase" in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, and original written content are owned by just5. The King James Version Bible text is in the public domain.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Apple's or Google's terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for reliability, the App comes without guarantee that it will be free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, just5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.
